When adding a new loco you will need to remember or kept record of all the DCC Long/Short id’s.
I think it would be really handy to be able to put a loco on a programming track and interrogate the decoder for
- dcc short addr
- dcc long addr
DCC-ex with command

<r 4503>
Loco DCC ID == 4503
Functions and or other CV’s would be really nice but probably more long term. if ever…
( google indicates differences per decoder to read them;
JMRI and dcc-ex via google app ex-toolbox have solutions. )
