Finally after a long long time a new release! It was almost three years since the previous one. Because it is never really finished it is hard to decide when to release it. My goal for the next releases is to keep the change set smaller so there are more frequent releases/updates.
Summary of the changes:
- Added wizards to make it easier to get going, e.g for interface setup
- Many manual improvements and a new look
- Added web-based throttle
- Trains can be assigned to blocks by drag 'n drop
- Improved train tracking
- Added zones (a group of blocks)
- Simplified output mapping for turnouts and signals
- Hardware support:
- Added support for Märklin CS2/CS3 command stations
- Added DCC-EX over network/WiFi support
- Added support for DCCext (RCN-213)
- Many minor tweaks and improvements in DCC-EX, ECoS, LocoNet, XpressNet, Z21 protocol handling
- Lua scripting:
- Added persistent variables
- Added script throttle to control a train using scripting
- Added many new events
- New UI languages: Spanish, Swedish, Polish and Frisian
- Many smaller improvements and bug fixes
